Sue Kirsch was the interior designer for my 3000 sq. ft. home. In discussions with me, she was able to determine my tastes in color and style. When we went shopping for furniture and accessories, she saved us both a lot of time and effort because she was able to show me things that fit my tastes. She also stayed within my budget and often found me good deals. After living in the house for a period of time, she helped me pick out window treatments and even got me to paint the rooms from builder's white to gorgeous colors. I get constant compliments to this day! She is a pleasure to work with!

Our Team at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties has worked with Sue Kirsch on a number of our new home construction sites. Many of the Builders we represent have had their model home designed and decorated by Sue. She has also worked in the capacity of product selection coodinator for the builders to assist their clients with all of the interior selections needed for their new home. Additionally Sue has done Home Staging setups for both new spec homes that were having difficulty in finding buyers for as well as some Home Staging for vacant properties we had listed in which the homeowners have relocated.

Regardless of the responsibilities we asked her to perform for us, Sue Kirsch always seemed to help make each project a success by combining  her experience in sales, new home construction, interior design and personality to meet the objectives we conveyed to her. I have not come across another person in her field that has near the capabilities and profesionalism that Sue has contiually delivered.
